How long does it take to finish a website design?

The timescale of a website design project is often dictated by the client. If you have a deadline in mind we will endeavour to meet it for you. The most common delay in the creation and completion of a new website is waiting for content (text/images) to be sent to us by the client. Under normal circumstances, turn around time for 5 page website is 3-5 business days


Are your Web Design costs one time?

Yes, just a one time cost as mentioned on our website for web design.

Do I have to pay for my new website in one payment or is there a payment plan?

The fees involved in creating a new website are generally paid in two installments. In most instances, 50% of the estimated final cost of your website is required to begin work on your customized website design project. The remaining 50% of the fees are due when your completed custom web site is published to the Internet.

Do you provide the text for my website?

No, we do not write or provide the actual text for your website and web pages. A website designer cannot possible know all that you know about your own company. As a result you or one of your employees are required to write the textural content for the web pages that are in your website.

Do you provide photos for my website?

We can usually provide "stock" photos relating to your general business or industry free of charge. However, the majority of photos on a business website are of that individual business and are not "stock" photos.

How much you charge for custom programing?

We charge $45.00/hr for custom programing.

What is website domain name?

A domain name is your website address such as www.your-name.com or www.your-name.net. Domain names can be purchased through us or various online companies. You can have more than one domain that sends people to your website. It's like having aliases of your own name and all of them point to you.

Can I use my existing website address if I host with you?

Yes, we can easily help you retain your old domain name on our servers or register a new one for you.

What is website hosting and do i need it for my site?

Website hosting is required for having a website online for the world to view. Think of it as a house for your web pages. You can host your website with us or any other hosting providers that matches your needs.

Do I have to host with you?

We don’t make hosting with us mandatory. However, choosing to host with us is a BIG advantage for you. You don’t have to worry about any technical aspects of managing your hosting account and the servers, we do it all for you.

After you have designed our website, can we manage it ourselves easily?

Yes, you can. Just make sure you let us know you would like this option before you sign up. You will need to select advance CMS.

How much do you charge for updates?

We only do updates to websites that we design. Our minimum charge is $45.00 per hour but having said that, if only a small change is required, we usually don't make a charge.

Can I add various files on my web site?

Yes, you can add Microsoft Word® documents, Adobe® PDFs, Excel® files and more. There is a size restriction of approximately 4mb, but this is ample for most documents.

Can I get e-mail with my web site?

Yes you can.

Can I see how many visitors I've had to my web site?

Can I see the design while my website is under-going development?

Yes. Once the main page has been completed it will be uploaded to our server for your approval. After approval the rest of website will be developed.

Absolutely not! - It's your website and you have total control over the contents and who advertises on it.

Do you create flash or other website animations?

We create flash animations as well as other animated imagery for the web. We do not recommend designing your entire website in flash as it can severely hinder search engine rankings and listings for your website. A website design containing flash will be more expensive than a non-flash website due to the amount of extra work involved in designing elements within flash. Flash-enhanced website design prices are available upon request.

All our websites are created with search engines in mind and the website design is compliant with search engine guidelines. It is a good idea for your website to be re-evaluated in time as over a period of time the search engines do alter their rules and algorithms and you will want to be certain that your website is kept up to date and complies with new rules etc.
